== Overview ==

PresenceService tracks who is online, which region they are in, and their current session. Maintains a cache. Must stay in the same process instance -- multiple instances would give conflicting answers.

Used for IM routing amongst other things.

RPC interface. Operations controlled via METHOD parameter.

Query presence for one or more users.
